- 3 Tablespoon sugar
- Flavour Extracts (Optional)
In a bowl, squish and mush the banana until it is super smooth then a add sugar in it. You can grind the sugar a little if you want. Pour in your preferred oil and any flavour extracts like vanilla or strawberry for the smell. That is totally optional. Mix everything together until the mixture is properly blended.
Slather the body scrub on your body and even your face if you want and gently massage in circular motions for a few minutes. Leave the banana scrub on for 10 minutes so that its richness can be absorbed by the body. Wash off with water and use your favourite moisturizer after patting dry your skin.

- 2 Chamomile Tea Bags
- ½ Coconut Oil (Or any other oil of your preference)

Grind the oats in a processor until they are broken down into very small pieces. In a clean bowl, pour in the oats along with the 2 oils and tea leaves from the tea bags and stir well until everything is properly mixed together. Heat up the scrub slightly before using it.
Take generous scoopfuls of the body scrub in your palm and gently massage it on to your body to exfoliate the pores. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes so that the body can pull in all the richness of the ingredients. Wash off with water. After patting dry your skin, apply your favourite moisturizer.

Take some coffee beans and sugar and grind them together. Add a few tablespoon of coconut oil (Or any oil of your choice) and mix everything together. You can preserver this scrub in a jar and store it in your fridge.
