  • 3 Tablespoon sugar

Method

In a bowl, squish and mush the banana until it is super smooth then a add sugar in it. You can grind the sugar a little if you want. Pour in your preferred oil and any flavour extracts like vanilla or strawberry for the smell. That is totally optional. Mix everything together until the mixture is properly blended.

Application

Slather the body scrub on your body and even your face if you want and gently massage in circular motions for a few minutes.
