Clinique Pore Refining Solutions Reviews

Hello all, nobody has perfect skin and I am no exception. I have my own share of flaws and prominent facial pores on certain areas of cheeks are one of them. Now a days, I am growing lazy and prefer jumping to quick fixes. So, to solve this facial pore woe of mine, I ordered this pore refining serum from amazon. Clinique has a good reputation in skin treatment products, so I did hit the buy now button with lots of hope.. Let us move to the review now.

This serum claims to be Light in weight and non-greasy facial serum that clears your facial   pores and appears them look smaller in dimensions by nearly 58 %. It requires a regular usage of at least two weeks to show some results. Clinique claims that with continued usage, you would be able to have firmer and more youthful skin texture.

The company claims the product to be well suited to all skin types and has been tested by Dermatologists.

Directions for usage:

It needs to be applied on cleansed and toned skin over the entire face, especially concentrating on areas that have enlarged pores.

It can also be coupled with other skincare and makeup products.

So, the usage is pretty much hassle free.

Packaging

It comes in a baby bottle, yes.. Indeed since the quantity I ordered was 5 ml. The bottle has a nozzle, the type nasal drops have. The bottle is to be pressed to dispense the product. It is so tiny; it can be carried around anywhere, even in your jeans pocket.

My experience with Clinique Pore Refining Solutions: Correcting Serum

This serum is super light textured. For my face or rather my cheeks, I Need two spurts which instantly get absorbed into skin and somehow vanishes. What it leaves behind is a silky, smooth feel over the skin. It has to be applied on cleansed and toned face and is to be followed with your moisturizing Lotion. Ideally, you should allow a minute or so to sink in entirely. The quantity, which is barely 5 ml is too less that is why I am very cautious while dispensing it. The small bottle needs to be pressed for the Product to come out. The smell of this serum is like an skin ointment almost.

Results of this product are temporary. I wish I could afford a bigger bottle but it would have been very costly. Regular usage of this product makes your facial pores appear comparatively less prominent. Nothing can actually reduce the size of your pores. What this serum does is to play with optics and gives an illusion of smaller facial pores.

I have not experienced any bad effects on my skin while using this. Although, not a direct effect, while using this face serum, I found my cheeks turn less greasy/ Oily.

Overall, it is a good product that delivers what it says but the results are not long lasting. I would not advise spending so much money for short span results. You can stick to home remedies for enlarged facial pores instead. I have found an alternative use of this serum, I am using it as a makeup primer and it does pretty much the same job.

Rating

3/5

Whether I would recommend this product again?

If I am getting it as a free gift then yes otherwise, it is not worth such a lot of money as effects are very short lasting.
