Homemade Remedies for Acne Prone Skin :
Your face is the most important part of your body and having pimples on it is most irritating skin problem which no one likes. To avoid pimples, make a mixture of lemon and honey in equal amounts. Apply this mixture to your face thrice a week as a mask to see a difference. Squeeze a lemon. Mix this lemon juice with equal amount of rosewater. Apply it on the face and leave it to dry. When dried properly wash your face with clean water. Apply it regularly for 2-3 months to see results.
Apply toothpaste to your pimples:
Another remedy is to apply toothpaste on the pimples before going to sleep every night. You will see clear differences in the morning.
Wash your face with salted water:
As we have already established that oily skin is more prone towards acne. So if we try to reduce oil from the skin we can reduce pimples effectively. To do this you, mix salt in Lukewarm water and wash your face with it. This reduces oil accumulation on your skin.
Apply fresh juice mint on your face:
Apply fresh mint juice on your skin before sleeping every night and wash it in the morning. Fresh min juice is an antiseptic and treatment for pimples, acne and dark spots.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables:
Skin diseases and problems can also be avoided by keeping a healthy intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are rich in minerals and vitamin which help in getting a healthier skin.
Use Aloe Vera Gel:
Aloe Vera gel is one of the most effective and healing ingredients in preventing pimples. Use this gel twice a day on your face. It is easily available and shows effectiveness readily.
Corn flour and egg paste:
Another homemade mask that you can use to reduce pimples is to add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and 1 egg white. Apply this mask on your face and let it dry. Massage it for 3-6 minutes and then wash it away with warm water.
