L’Occitane Aromachologie Volumizing Mist Review
Hairs are one of the most prized possessions of a girl. Who does not like bouncy hairs???? But sadly all of us are not fortunate enough to have thick hairs. That’s where some illusionary products play a role.
Today I am reviewing one of such illusionary hair product called mist. These mists are liquid foam in texture which needs to be spread and lightly rubbed on towel dry hair. Mists are usually applied on roots. They raise the roots giving hairs a fuller and bouncier appearance. One of such mists is L’occitane mist. L’occitane is one of the most popular and widely acclaimed hair cosmetic brands. Very few L’occitane stores are available all around India. But thanks to online shopping, L’occitane products are much more easily available today.

Directions to use:
The direction specifies that mist needs to be applied only on root. So, once when your hair is towel dried and semi wet then just flip down your hair and spray the mist on roots. Once you have sprayed the mist you need to spread it with your fingers on the roots. After 5 minutes you can comb your hair so that the mist will evenly be distributed. You can see your roots raised. The puff appears much more prominent after the mist application.
The L’occitane mist comes in a slim medium sized jar. It’s compact size makes it easier to travel. The mist comes with a pump dispenser which controls the amount of product. The dispenser is further protected with an outer plastic cover which prevents the product to release in case of pressure.
The mist has transparent foam like texture. With first pump you can get very little amount. For medium length hair like mine at least 2-3 pumps are required.

My experience with L’Occitane Aromachologie Volumizing mist
For me the pump actually does nothing. I expected a good volume I mean illusion of volume, but it just did nothing. I tried to make it work in different ways – completely wet hair, semi-wet hair, dry hair nothing.
Buying a L’occitane product is worth an investment and with its scare availability it becomes much more difficult. But this mist will easily last you from 6 months – 1 year easily. I shampoo thrice a week and apply mist just after shampoo. The mist with this rate of usage lasted me for 8.5 months.
Whether i would recommend this product to others –
For me L’occitane mist at this price is not worth a buy. It performed average and since it’s high price my overall experience fell down to below average. You can easily find many other Voluminizing mists and mousses in drugstores brands at half its price.
