L’Oreal Super Liner Gel Intenza Diamond Black Review
As you all know I am a hardcore lover of kohls. I just love how they transform your look. I still remember the day when I was a kid. I hated applying kohls. I felt it made my dusky complexion look dirty and ugly. I just loved my clean eyes at that time. But my mother was very keen on me applying kohls. She used to make homemade Surma for me as I suffered from short eye sightedness from a very young age. She thought its better and safe to use homemade Kajals.
But since I stepped out of house I have been buying commercial Kajals readily available in market. Our Indian market is flooded with Kajals. We have Kajals in different brands and recently in different colours too. But I have been a spectacle wearer so I have avoided liners since years. I thought Kajals are much easier for me to use. But lately I have been started using contact lens and thus shifted to gel liners. Haven’t you read my first Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner post??? This is my second gel liner post.
Here I have L’Oreal gel liner. I have been eyeing these liners from L’Oreal since long. But because of high prices I was skeptical to buy. But recently I saw the blogging world going all gaga over this and that’s when I made u my mind to buy this pricey beauty.
Superliner Gel Intenza is incredibly versatile to use. It provides all the ease of pencil eyeliner with the durability of liquid. It is easy to apply, and unlike liquid, it can blend beautifully into the eye shadow to create high eye definition. So whether you want to pull off a 1960s defined flick, or the classically chic smokey effect, Superliner Gel Intenza will achieve it with ease.
This L’Oreal gel eye liner comes in a small compact sized round jar. The jar has golden lid over it which gives a luxurious look to the product. The jar is tightly enclosed and this makes it safer for travels. The liner also comes with a slim brush which is really of top notch quality. The brush makes the liner application quite easier even for beginners like me. The packaging has product details mentioned like price, batch no etc.
The texture of the Kajal is smooth and creamy. It spreads quite easily and comfortably on eyes. But since it’s has a matte finish, it dries quite soon on eyes. And if you have applied excess product it might start feeling uneasy on your eyes. Even when I rubbed it sometimes it started coming out in big flakes which were really painful and tingling in eyes.

My experience with L’Oreal Super Liner Gel Intenza Blackout –
What is the first thing which you notice in a Kajal??? I notice pigmentation. And pigmentation wise this liner is nothing short of wow. It gives a rich charcoal black colour which I am sure every girls is dying to have in her kohls. What more. It settles quite easily and comfortable on eyes. But it dries quite fast. So, you need to be quick with this. You can’t amend or experiment with this liner much. Also, the bad part is once when it dries it can leave behind flakes which can hurt your eyes.
But other than this I daily wear this Kajal at 8 and it survives till 7 without even a little smudging. It is that nicely set and transfer or smudge safe. Well, I haven’t tried the 36 hour claim but I doubt if any of us will need that. Since its rich in pigmentation you need just a single swipe. So, you will be end up suing this for quite long. But because of drying issues make sure you keep it fresh with regular application of vinegar and perfume.
Whether I would recommend this product to others –
Definitely…but sensitive eyes try at your own risk.
