My April Envy Box Reviews
One thing for which I eagerly wait each month is my Envy box because there are skin care and makeup products that keep being used up and a fresh stock of products that too from elite and international brands is always a big welcome. Also, since the products are not revealed before, there is always an element of surprise in them!! Not to mention, the box itself is fabulous, I am using these boxes from myenvybox to store and organize such a lots of stuff, you can’t imagine. The April envy box came in a soft peach colour, they have chosen a colour very appropriate for summers! It was a delight to the eyes, really.
On opening the box, the first thing that made me really happy was that they have sent across more products than they usually do, each month!! I am greedy, in this sense.. Another thing that made me even more happy was a Za product. I had been eyeing Za for quite some time now.. Every time, I go to shopper’s stop, I check out Za counter but come back home without buying due to high prices of their products. So, although the Za True White Exfoliator that came in my April envy box is a 30 grams sample, at least , I get to try the product..yay!!
The box holds a,Catrice Lipliner Pencil in a shade very similar to my own lip colour which is great for a natural appearance. It sets with a matte finish and can be easily coupled with a lot of lip shades that I currently own!!
There is also a small 5 ml sample of the Avene Sunscreen VHP SPF 50+ Dry Touch Emulsion. I have not used it yet, I would do it soon and give you a short and crisp review about it in the comments section below within a week so, keep glued to this post! I have a lot of expectations from this one as Avene is a famous brand and sunscreens are something that I am very particular about as most of our skin problems in terms of sun spots, ageing, tanning etc arise from not using enough protection against the harsh Ultraviolet rays from the sun when we step out of our houses.
Kama Ayurveda Night creams, 2 samples. This product has already been reviewed on our blog. You may read out the review for full details regarding ingredients and performance of this Ayurvedic night cream. After using these, I definitely observed that my skin was much more plump and supple, definitely but these ones are not for oily skinned beauties.
Marc Jacobs Daidy Dream: This little buddy came in a small sample sized vial but I guess, it would help me out in a party or two at least since, the smell is quite concentrated. A spurt or two from this vial on the pulse points, like behind the ear and on the neck are actually enough for one go and the perfume does last for a decent number of hours. These are very handy too. I like to call these purse perfumes as they would easily fit your purses and even clutches.
There is an information card in the envy box that briefs a bit on the description of each product that this box contains. You can go through it. I am happy to see two full sized products in my envy box this time and I wish they continue with this trend to make their boxes more cost effective and their customers more cheerful and excited about receiving an envy box, each month.
