Oriflame Silk Touch Pressed Powder Reviews

Hello every one!

The brand, Oriflame, originally had its space only in the corner of my eyes when I used to pass by its showrooms on the roadside. But, my college friend, member of Oriflame, was the one who gifted me its perfume on my birthday. It was then Oriflame threw a curve. Suddenly, the ignored brand managed to invite me for trying out its more products. The inquisitive, I, immediately asked for the Oriflame’s product magazine from the friend. And, the climax, as you can predict, was an order for the Oriflame silk touch presses powder. Well, I’m not a girl with craze for unnatural skin-put on, but occasional-do is what I find essential. My first skin-contact with it was on my sister’s wedding and that night’s experience was a shining face which garnered too many compliments to thank back.

Product Description

Oriflame Silk Touch Pressed Powder

Oriflame Silk Touch Pressed Powder

The outline of the product was the usual-like, with net wt.8 g and 0.2 oz. The compact powder had a secondary drawer-like black case to hold in the compact. Tightly sealed it is, so carrying it in purse won’t strew away the dust inside. And most importantly, a small mirror engraved on the flip cover is a perfect bliss for mirror-freak girls.

Directions for use

Those with regular use can dab it gently before they step out. Simplicity lovers like me can use foundation as a base before its application. But make sure your face is thoroughly dirt free before dabbing it on.

Shelf life

Rigidity of the packaging doesn’t lend brittleness to it, unlike the ordinary ones.  No chance of breakage until and unless you intentionally experiment it dropping from different heights. Shelf life is around 2 yrs.

 Price

Ah! Not something on the dear side. Yes, my dear readers, your wallet would lose just 492 bucks, pretty lesser as compared to other false-boasting brands.

Texture

Smooth surface with right consistency. So, while rubbing spongy applicator on it won’t dump the dust particles into air as a waste. The shade of it is a transition between light and loud.

Cons

The shade selection is extremely poor, just two. Variety and options are what we girls desire for before settling on with one. Need to develop more hues to suit different skin complexion.

Oily skin might face some glitches, though not confirmed. This is what my instinct calls for.

Available via Oriflame members only, so you might go through unwanted difficulties.

Contains parabens!

Verdict

Without a second thought, this product would be an evergreen stuff on my dressing table. That night duplicated itself many a times. Girls! What are you waiting for? Don’t you too want to show up with a radiant face in parties? So, girls do get you this sheer bliss.
