Just chug all your favourite fruits in a blender, add some milk or water, blend them well and you are good to go. They are also very filling and nutritious. They are not at all full of bad calories like our soft drinks and diet cokes. It is a much better healthy alternative for your body and lifestyle.

Here is the best recipe for you. all you have to do is take some plain yogurt in a glass fill it up with lovely fresh fruits like kiwis, grapes and colourful berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and so much more. To add crunch to the snack, add some seeds or nuts in it. Healthy and so delicious!
RICE CRISPS WITH PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS AND DRIED FRUITS

POPCORN WITH CHOCOLATE COATING
We all love popcorn and they are also very healthy for our body. They are healthier when the unprocessed seeds are used. To make this, just simply make some popcorn in your pressure cooker and once they are done, take some cocoa powder and sprinkle that on top of them while they are still hot to make it melt and sink in. Instead of chocolate, you can also use various spices if you like your popcorn to be spicy.

FRESH TOMATO SALSA
Everybody loves salsa. And you can make your own salsa in just under 10 minutes. You will needtomatoes, chillies, jalapenos, onions, coriander, lemon juice, oregano and salt & pepper. Simply cut all ingredients in small chunks and mix them all together. Squish a generous squeeze of lemon on top and sprinkle with some oregano, salt and pepper and mix everything again. Finish off with roughly chopped coriander and serve. Super easy and full of freshness. They can be eaten just as they are or they can be enjoyed with corn tortillas.
