But I wish to make this weight loss journey a little easier and interesting for you all. And so today again I am going to give you recipes of detox water that will help you lose weight. Firstly, what is detox water? Detox water is water infused with goodness of fruits and vegetables that helps you flush off toxins from the body. Gradually the habit of drinking detox water everyday will burn the extra fat from your body and you will be able to lose weight faster.

Apple cinnamon detox water
Apple and cinnamon are commonly known to increase the metabolism. Apple is enriched with antioxidants while cinnamon gives a nice tint of taste and also helps fight diabetes. All you need to make this detox water is a jug, water, 1 apple and a small cinnamon stick. Fill 2/3rd of the jug with water and add finely sliced apple and the cinnamon stick to it. Now let the jug rest in the freeze for a few hours. The water is now ready to be consumed. However remember to change the ingredients of the water every 24 hours maximum.

Lemon ginger detox water
Both the ingredients in this particular recipe have amazing benefits. Lemon is a detoxifier and a natural diuretic that will reduce bloating. This water will boost digestion and flush out waste from the body sooner. You simply have to add grated ginger and lemon slices or squeezed lemon juice to the water. You can also add a few mint leaves to add sweet flavor to the drink.

Watermelon detox water
This yummy fruit can add an amazing flavor to the water while enriching the water with its multiple benefits. All we need for this recipe is watermelon and water. Fill a pitcher with water and add cut watermelon pieces to it. Let it refrigerate for a few hours and infuse goodness and flavor to water. Now the drink is ready to be enjoyed.

Sassy detox water
I know the name didn’t give you all a clue about the ingredients used. Sassy water includes easily available kitchen items that are beneficial for the body. We will take lemon slices, mint leaves and cucumber slices in this recipe. Add these ingredients to the water and put it aside in the freeze so that the flavor can be infused in the water. Cucumber is mostly water and so is very hydrating. Lemon as told earlier is amazing for the digestive system. Mint leaves will act as a natural sweetener and give a tasty flavor to the water.
