Estee Lauder High Gloss (No. 13 Berry) Reviews
This time I am going to review this amazing gloss from Estee Lauder. It’s the No. 13 Berry shade from its “High Gloss Ultra Brilliance” collection.
Product Description of Estee Lauder High Gloss (No. 13 Berry)
Well it does go with its name aptly!
It has this sweet scent of caramel candy and is also sticky like one. For most of the part, it is a transparent gloss, leaving just a hint of color when applied on the lips. When applied on bare lips, it will give a sheer look of shimmer. And when applied upon lipstick, it will enhance the color even more. It can even ensure that your lipstick doesn’t leak because it is quite thick in its consistency. It has the ability to hold the color really very well when applied on a lipstick.

Direction for Use
There is no wand inside it. So, you will simply have to squeeze it out and apply it on your lips. Just a little drop of it is enough. It has great coverage.
Shelf Life
The Batch code on the bottom of the gloss tube and the bar code says A42. It is a special code of Estee Lauder products which means the date of production is 2012-04.
Its general shelf life is 36 months which means around 3 years.

Price
It is currently listed at Amazon at $14.99 (excluding shipping charges).
Packaging
It comes in a dark midnight blue paper box imprinted with golden letters. Inside there is a transparent golden capped squeeze tube.
Texture
The texture of the gloss is sticky and quite thick in its consistency. It isn’t your regular thin coat of gloss.

Pros of Estee Lauder High Gloss (No. 13 Berry)
- Smells really good.
- Even tastes good.
- Long lasting.
- Easy to carry around.
Cons of Estee Lauder High Gloss (No. 13 Berry)
- It comes in a squeeze tube. And the excess product which comes out doesn’t go back inside. Sometimes, the extra gloss which comes out has to be wasted.
- It’s thick in consistency. Doesn’t glide well on the lips.
- Very sticky and yes Expensive too.

My Experience with “Estee Lauder High Gloss” (No.13 Berry)
So far, so good. I like this product. Just a drop of it and it goes around your lips really well. As I said before, it has amazing coverage. And its thick consistency makes it last longer. You don’t have to rush every hour for touch-ups. It also tastes good. I have this bad habit of licking my lips. So, when sometimes it gets inside the mouth, it tastes delicious 😉
It is also very nourishing. It moisturizes dry lips very well.
I also use it as an alternative as a lip balm.
The tube is made up of soft plastic, so it’s quite easy to carry it around. You could easily stuff it into your little wallet/purse or even slip it into your well fitted jeans’ pocket. The slim press tube will fit almost anywhere.

Whether I would recommend this product again?
It’s a worth try!
I would definitely recommend it.
However, anyone who has an aversion to scented glosses must keep away from it. Because, it does have strong flavor.
