Spinach, grape and coconut smoothie
spinach has high amounts of iron and fibre in it. When mixed along with nutrient rich grapes and coconut, the results are fabulous. Blend spinach leaves with coconut milk and seedless grape and pour everything in a cup. It is very filling, healthy and refreshing.
Take a mixture of various berries, like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. and blend them along with a ripe banana cut in small pieces and pomegranate juice and a little water. Blend everything in a blender and serve chilled or just as it is. It is packed full of antioxidants, iron and provides a lot of sweetness and satisfaction. Take the lovely mixture of berries, orange juice, a little squeeze of lemon juice, plain yogurt and you get a full meal consisting of all the necessary nutrients. Strongly brewed green tea, a few teaspoon of honey and avocado. Blend everything in a blender until everything is silky smooth. There is sweetness and richness from the honey and grapes while the spinach provides iron and fibre. While the green tea works its magic. It can be serves chilled as well.
