I have been writing about pregnancy since the past few months and I myself have been amazed as to what interesting things there are to know and expect from pregnancy.

One has to realize that these changes are natural and temporary and with the right exercises, meditation and diet plans, one can achieve their wanted state of mind and body again. It is best to accept these changes happily and enjoy every phase of this transition.
