Joy Sunblock Sunscreen Cream SPF- 15 reviews
Summer is here and everyone is running after sunscreens. Sunscreens are the most important part of makeup essential. You can’t take risk with your skin when the UV rays are present everywhere. SPF(sun protection factor) is mentioned on every sunblock cream ranging from 15 to 75 at max. Today I will be reviewing Joy Sunblock Sunscreen Cream SPF-15. I haven’t used any of the Joy products before and so was a bit skeptical about it. My last review was on Streetwear color rich megashine lip gloss in smokey brown which was a bummer.
Joy Sun block Sunscreen is an oil free, fast absorbing multi- care daily cream with an SPF-15. It is formulated with carefully selected sunscreen agents, vitamins and natural nutrients. The sunscreen is best to protect your skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays. Hence, prevents premature ageing and skin darkening.

The sunscreen comes in a yellow cylindrical plastic tube with a blue flip cap. The packaging is simple and sturdy. The details about the product with the ingredient list is mentioned at the back of the tube. It is travel friendly. The tube has to be squeezed for the application of the sunscreen.
The sunscreen is white in color with a thick consistency. The fragrance is nice and floral.

My experience with the Joy Sunblock Sunscreen SPF- 15
The Joy Sunblock Sunscreen SPF- 15 is a dirt cheap sunscreen available in the market. The one thing I liked was that it doesn’t feel heavy when applied like some sunscreens do. It feels light on skin and gives a dewy finish. The quantity is great considering the price. The sunblock has mild fragrance which diminishes after few minutes of application.
But as we say, quality is always better than quantity. It fails to do the most important function of sunscreen – protection from the harmful UV rays. Higher the SPF , better is the function against UV rays. The sunscreen doesn’t get absorbed easily by the skin. I have to rub the product many times for the complete absorption.
The staying power of the sunscreen is poor. If you sweat a lot or came in water contact, reapplication is must. This is also mentioned on the tube. But I guess, sunscreens should stay without any touch ups or any water contact.
2/5 (the low SPF is a complete failure.)
Would I recommend Joy Sunblock Sunscreen SPF – 15 ?
Never. This was lying in my stash so thought of using it and regret it completely. Always look out for higher value of SPF in sunscreens.
