Lakme 9 to 5 Crease-Less Lip Balm Reviews – pink impression
How are you doing today? Any better than yesterday? I’m doing the same every day. Writing assignments back to back wherein taking breaks in between to write reviews. You may be thinking that ever since I made an entry in makeupera, I have been reviewing lips product the most, isn’t it? But what to do, I love lip products so much to always end up buying them. Our in-house brand Lakme is known to offer fine quality products at reasonable price, but today you will know that it’s not the case every time. Let’s get into detailed review.
Lip balm that just got crease-less. This balm comes with a hint of color and creamy texture. Olive oil, jojoba oil and vitamin E elements will add nourishment to your lips. Available in 6 different shades.
Direction for use:
Starting from the middle of your upper lip apply towards the end. Fill in the bottom lip.
Product price and quantity:
INR 400 for 7 ml
The packaging department has done a good job. The balm comes stored in a cute tube with a pull out cap. The tube looks shimmery pink and is small enough to carry around without any troubles. There are two ways of opening the cap, depending on how you want to apply it; you can either pull the cap and a slant application outlet is provided otherwise if you want to use a lip brush, twist the down part of the cap and you get a larger opening.
The texture is silky smooth and glides easily over the lips. It has got very tiny shimmer particles in it which is a part of the content. The consistency is neither very thick nor too runny. It smells vanilla-like and the smell isn’t very overpowering.

My experience with Lakme 9 to 5 Crease-Less Lip Balm -pink impression:
When I last went to buy Lakme 9 to 5 lipsticks, the SA perused me into buying this balm. The packaging was pretty which lead me more into buying it. I wasn’t really in need of this one and now I feel I wasted my money over this expensive lip balm.
Pink impression is a pearly pink shade. It’s a very light color. Pink impression is full of shimmer and I don’t like that much shimmer on my lips. The shade is so light that it looks like a white cast. It’s perfect for the girls with dry lips who need extreme moisturizing. I like the creamy texture that goes over the lips pretty effortlessly.
I have naturally pigmented lips and therefore I avoid wearing this balm bare. I put it over a lipstick. It gives a glossy finish to my lipstick. Also, this balm takes time to be absorbed which is annoying. The shades in this range are such, that they won’t really suit Indian skin tones.
I will rate it 6 out of 10
Would I recommend this product again?
No, the shades are very low-pigmented and don’t really suit Indian skin tones, still you can try and buy.
