Natural home remedies for your skin care
The skin is the most sensitive part of the body. It reacts too many chemicals and conditions either by itching, acne development, sunburns and aging. There might be many artificial ways of getting your facial skin glowing but they also have side effects which are adverse. The following are home remedies to having flawless glowing skin.
Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel
Aloe Vera has a lot of uses on the skin. Acquire Aloe Vera gel by squeezing on the plant leaves. Wash and dry your face then apply it. This will reduce acne and keep your skin moisturized. It also works as an anti-inflammatory, decreasing redness and swelling.


Apply potato juice daily
Squeeze out potato juice and apply them on your face. Wash them away after some time. This will brighten your skin and reduce the dark spots and scars. There is a natural bleaching agent on potato which brightens and lightens the skin. Application of the juice daily will keep your skin glowing.

Use sugar and water mixture
Mix both white and brown sugar with water and then rub them gently on your skin. Wash them away with lukewarm water. This has an effect of exfoliating the skin in turn causing it to be moisturized always. Do this daily to avoid dry skin.

Rub with banana peels
After eating your banana, do not throw away the peels but instead use them to rub on your face. Leave it for 30 minutes then rinse it with lukewarm water. The lute-in found in the banana peels will reduce swelling and inflammation in the skin. The effect will be development of a healthy glowing skin due to healthy cell development.

Use egg whites
Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl after removing the yolk until a frothy mixture is formed. Wash and dry your face before covering with the mixture. Rinse it with lukewarm water after 20 minutes. This will reduce acne and fade scars in your face.

Apply lemon juice on the pimples
Wash and dry your face then apply lemon juice on the pimple using a cotton ball. Mix with yogurt if it stings. Rinse with lukewarm water all the lemon juice before going to the sun as it makes you sensitive to it.

Get adequate sleep
Adequate sleep causes cells to grow and develop well Ensure you adopt good sleep habits for a healthy skin as inadequate sleep causes dull, wrinkled and dehydrated skin.

Avoid touching your skin
Touching your skin can sometimes cause skin infections. Your hands could be contaminated with microorganisms that can cause swelling and itching of your skin. You can use hand sanitizes to keep them clean always.
