Nivea UV Whitening Extra Cell Repair and Protect Body Lotion
Ladies, buckle up. I am going to take you for a tour today. This concerns a new launch from Nivea. The product is Nivea UV Whitening Extra Cell Repair and Protect Body Lotion.

Well, normally I used to stay away from all sorts of whitening cream, especially after a few reviews by experts that than any de-tan lotion is quite harmful for the skin as it affects the melanin pigment directly. So, quite naturally, I didn’t want to be a play around with the melanin of my body.

On top of all, I do not have a very dark complexion that I would die for a fairness cream.
Now, I’ll share the story of how I came across this product.
I had occasionally used few body whitening lotions and creams and those were more or less ok. However, when I heard that the new introduction is free of bleach, mineral oil and paraben, I was awestruck. That was something absolutely jaw dropping for me.
(Be my guest and run through the ingredients section at the back of the pack)
However, I still had reservations for the claim that said it whitens the skin in an even tone manner in just 14 days!!
So, I just thought of giving it a try. And, here is my review –
Product Description:
It smells more or less the same as any whitening lotion. The difference is, this is a bit more floral and somewhat citrusy. The notes, however, seem to be more or less the same just like traditional Nivea.
The body lotion would be best described as a consistency between thin and thick. In fact, more thin, to be precise, and is completely white in color.
The Nivea UV Whitening Extra Cell Repair and Protect Body Lotion works quite well on all normal skins. This may or may not be accompanied with a moisturizer. That would entirely be a personal choice. Well, I use one for best results.

The combination works wonders and keeps the skin supple and soft throughout the day.
Benefit of buying product:
I can bet on one thing. For those who have a dry skin. Using a moisturizer would be a mandate as this won’t keep the dry skinned beauties soft for long.
Hmm, some points are bad for this products:

I got the first results after a week’s time. I won’t say that I became fair like milk, but I did notice that the complexion of my hands for even. Well, that is more than enough for me since I have no interest in turning into an angel overnight.
That gives me enough reason to conclude that yes, the cream works to some extent.
Unfortunately, the results were a big zero on my feet. Just nothing 🙁 . Well, I guess I will have to figure out something for my feet separately.

As far as my understanding goes, this cream is indeed free of most chemicals. Perhaps that’s the reason why the claims and the results are not big. After all, there’s no use of any harsh chemical agents.
Verdict:
So, no false hopes and no rapid results that might lead to any damage temporary or permanent.
This product comes in three variants – 50ml, 200ml & 350ml.
So ladies, I didn’t find any drawback. I guess by the time the bottle gets empty, I’ll get good results.
Above all, this product is available both online and offline. Take care 🙂
