Sometimes when we come home after a long day at work, making dinner seems like such a hassle. It can be very tedious and exhausting so we give up and order in. But when you have others in your family as well waiting for dinner, you have no choice but to drag yourself down to the kitchen and ponder over what to cook up. In times like these, it is preferable to stick to the quick and easy recepies where the food will be balanced, filling and tasty. It takes a long time to think of quick recepies as well. The key to this situation is preparing one dish that has it all.

So here are those 5 quick and easy dinner ideas for you:
QUICK CHICKEN CURRY AND RICE
This will take maximum 30 minutes to cook up. All you need is 1 onion; thinly sliced, 2 teaspoon curry powder, ½ cup plain yogurt, ¾ cream, ¼ black pepper, salt, tomato puree, coriander leaves, olive oil and 1 cup rice. While the rice is cooking away, heat the olive oil and fry the onions in medium heat and add the curry powder after a few minutes. Then add the yogurt and cream and let it simmer for some time. Add in the salt and pepper then add the tomatoes. Let them simmer for some time. Add boiled chicken chunks or slices in and let them sit for a few minutes. Serve on top of rice with chopped coriander as garnish.

PASTA AND CHICKEN
Let the pasta and chicken boil away while you create the sauce. In the sauce add some tomato puree, some olive oil, some herbs of your choice, onions and toss in the chicken in it along with some vegetables. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve with some garnish.
Crack open 2 eggs and pour in some left over vegetables in it along with some onions, peas and cheese. Fry it on a pan with some white oil. When the omelette is cooked both sides, place a few slices of chesses and fold it in half. Serve with some pasta or rice along with ketchup.
CHICKEN AND MANGO SALSA
To make mango salsa, simply cut mangos in small chunks and mix them with some fresh lime juice, chillies, little bit of tomato, salt, pepper, oregano, jalapeno. Roast some chicken on a hot pan with a little barbeque sauce. Summery and fresh this is a quick andeasy recepies. It tastes delicious and looks delicious. It is a perfect harmony of sweet and savoury.

Take some leafy veggies like lettuce and veggies like broccoli, tomatoes, peas, zucchini and others. Cook the chicken and cut them into cubes. In a bowl of cooked veggies, add the chicken and honey mustard sauce. Mix everything well and squeeze lemon juice on top. You can also add some nuts for extra crunch. To finish off the dish, grate some cheese on top. Cool and delicious.
