W7 Lipstick in the Shade Scarlet Fever Reviews
Hi Beauties…!!!
Today I am going to review a lipstick from W7 in the shade scarlet fever. Many people have not heard about W7, it is a pocket friendly and famous brand in UK and Ireland. I got my first lipstick from this brand about three years ago when my sister sent it over to me from UK, I fell in love with it so I decided to find if there are any distributors here and luckily I found this store in Mumbai where they sell cosmetics from w7 but they have only limited shades .As the shop was out of stock for w7 cosmetics and had only 3 shades I decided to pick scarlet fever which is from the fashion reds range. A lovely tomato red shade.

Directions for use:
This lipstick can be applied using a brush as well as directly from the bullet. To get the perfect coverage and for perfectly lined lips I would recommend using a brush.
Shelf Life
2 years

Price and quantity
I got it for 275 for (3.5g)
Packaging
Coming to the packaging it comes in a simple black plastic case which shuts with a click and is totally travel friendly. It has the W7 logo on the top and at the bottom it has a shade indicator in a transparent case with a sticker with the name scarlet fever.

Texture
This lipstick is perfect balanced in terms of texture; it is not insanely creamy at the same time not over drying matte. I love texture like this. Within some minutes of application it sets to a semi matte finish

My experience with W7 lipstick in the shade scarlet fever
This shade instantly brightens up my face I love the color. Red is something which instantly turns you into a diva or a glamorazzi and I just love red lipsticks. It is very creamy and glides like a dream so for perfect lined lips you will need a lip brush it stays on my lips for 3-4 hours which is pretty good at the price for which it comes it has a subtle shine when applied and sets to a semi matte finish after few minutes. The pigmentation is superb one swipe is all you need to cover your pigmented lips. It fades of evenly leaving a very pretty red tint it has a very mild smell which won’t be a problem for sensitive noses. This is how it looks on me, my lips are kind of pigmented but you can see how it covers it up and I have applied it only once.

Would I recommend it?
Yes totally it’s a steal and the shade is such that it will suit all skin tones plus it is affordable and the staying power is good. If this product is available at your nearest stores then just buy it. If you ask me will I buy it again? Then my answer is, yes yes yes!! These are completely same like the one I had from UK and this time I am going to definitely buy 3-4 new shades.
PS in all the pictures the shade looks a little bit orange which is not the case it is tomato red.
