I am back with an informational post for you all. Late of I have been practicing Yoga and trust me I can see the difference. So today I thought I should share with you all the benefits of Yoga in life.
Firstly, Yoga is not just a physical practice but also a mental one. It affects your mental wellbeing as much as it affects your physical appearance. Yoga aims at grabbing a control over the mind and body and to attain liberation. Yoga is practiced throughout the world now and we all owe our gratitude to the ‘yogis’ from the past. Yoga is practiced in a lot of forms of which classical yoga, power yoga, ashtanga yoga and hatha yoga are the most popular ones. Yoga is exercising the body and the mind. In short it is a type of workout as well as meditation. There are numerous advantages of practicing Yoga in our routine life. A few of which I am going to pen down for you below.
